We have been patients for 15 years plus. We have always had a great experience there. Today 3 of us had cleanings scheduled. We live 20 minutes away, in michigan. Upon arriving we were told that my daughter and I needed to update our medical information. We sat at the computers finished and continued to wait. They called my daughter back but before we left the waiting room another worker came out and explained that they no longer excepted our insurance. An email was supposed to be sent out. No one received the email. In Friday a receptionist called to confirm our appointments. I said yes we will be there. That would of been the perfect opportunity to ask if we receive a the email. So a wasted trip 40 minute there and back and now have to find a new dentist. Not happy.

I give this place a 5 star for sure, they did an excellent job with my first procedure there, very friendly staff and very well sustained establishment, i plan on making this my regular dentist to return to.
