They have no idea how to do prior authorizations. Make sure to check with your insurance before going here. I’m paying way too much for bad work. In their defense I should have relied on myself to make sure what my insurance would cover. They taught me a great lesson to NEVER trust the billing department. On top of all that I regret ever coming here. I was having discomfort and they seen a tiny crack on my tooth which lead them to recommend a crown. Ever since getting my crown I can’t even run without there being pressure and discomfort. I called them maybe a month after my crown appointment and they tell me that there could be a possible infection. They shaved the crown down and gave me an antibiotic then told men If it gets worse come back.. it’s never gotten worse but I still can not run with out feeling pressure and discomfort from the crown. My husband also went here to get teeth pulled and fillings. His front tooth filling has already fallen out and he has squeezed out tiny pieces of bone from when his tooth was pulled. Granted the tooth was in bad shape but they could have said not everything was pulled out and this could happen. Instead it took weeks to heal and blood clots later to realize they rushed and didn’t finish the job.. For as much as they charge I strongly advise going somewhere they cares about your hard earned money and doesn’t give you the bare minimum work. The dental office is all about money.

Very nice staff and Doctors. Holly was amazing. She was really great at giving me detailed information. I'm not fond of the dentist office simply because of bad experiences in the past so it's nice to experience someone willing to take the time to explain the difficult choices. Everyone is nice especially Holly!
