Patient Review
7 years ago I didn't let my benefits go to waste. I used my insurance in December to get upper dentures, then the following January I again used my benefits to get lower dentures. Estimated around $3000.00 for the dentures combined. I was very excited about having a beautiful smile. And I did. Until 2 months after my warranty was over. A tooth fell out of the upper denture. I called and was told $200 to repair the tooth. I got a repair kit and fixed it myself and it held. Then a while later another tooth fell out. Then another then another. Then another out of the lower denture. A total of 7 teeth fell out over a 5 year span. I went in today. 09/22/2025. I explained to them what has been happening with them for the past 5 years. They first told me I was due for a new set. Who new dentures had a expiration date of 7 years. Then was told it was the bite. That the lowers are hitting the uppers to hard. Then I was told it was my fault because I didn't take them in for repair when the teeth fell out. Estimated total of $1,400.00 in repairs over a 5 year span. NO! Then today would be $260.00 to repair one tooth. I declined the offer and going elsewhere. I would never recommend using Angola Dental Center for even a cleaning. They were rude and didn't care for the patient that delt with cheap dentures for the past 7 years. Total spent was over $5000.00 7 years ago. Shop around, there are better dentist offices then there. Thank you, very frustrated expatient. Mr. Gregg. I gave it 2 stars because Dr. Brown was a very good dentist when pulling the teeth. Minus 3 stars for being told it was my fault for cheap dentures.
