I waited 11 weeks for my appointment, a tooth broken off at gumline, and lost 2 fillings. Noted on my chart, I am ONLY to see Dr. Brown. Arrived, and registered, and was informed that several pages were missing from chart...filled out new ones, and got shuffled into a room with 2 people who never introduced themselves (NOT Dr. Brown!!). After almost 3 hours of being bullied, demeaned, and attempts to manipulate me into HAVING ALL MY TEETH PULLED ON THE SPOT, 17 different treatment plans written up and FORCED to sign, I left there with my broken tooth still hurting, and NO fillings replaced in my 2 front teeth. NO antibiotics for the infection the female dentist tried to convince me was a 'SERIOUS THREAT TO MY LIFE' , and a feeling that she worked on commission and needed xmas money!! I have been to time-share presentations that were way less painful!! If I dont recieve a call from Dr. Brown PERSONALLY, I am seeking legal counsel!! 72 hours...time is ticking!!

Was a great experience. I haven't been to a dentist in 10yrs and was supper scared to go as I thought I would be judged for the state of my teeth. But I was so wrong and everyone was great there.
