I've heard nothing but great things about this place so I had an emergency and decided to try a walk in. They did an pray because I had a huge abcess and decided they couldn't pull it due to my jaw not being able ti open far enough. So i set up a future appointment for a tooth pull. In the meantime they told me to call I'd I needed more antibiotics. SO I called for another round and she told me since they didn't treat me that they couldn't give me any but would check. As far as I know getting an x-ray, and being seen by the dentist and paying $150 for just that (no treatment according to a front desk lady) it was treatment. And she put me on hold and never returned to the line. So I was pretty upset about it, no return phone call or anything! Mind you the abcess was as big as a small lemon with alot of pain. You would think they would try to help in some way especially when your paying fully out of pocket!

All the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Angie the hygienist was very thorough but gentle. Dr. Thiele was very thorough and explained what treatment was recommended and why. She also answered all my questions.

Staff are very professional and kind. I really loved my dentist in California and was a little leary of having to find a new dental office. This place is clean and professionally run. I had a tooth pulled but was given all of my options to make an informed decision to save or pull the tooth. My second appointment was the cleaning. To my surprise it was not as painful as I thought it would be. Three years of build up I expected a very painful experience. The hygienist did a great job. My teeth feel so clean again. I have found a new dental office to have a long lasting relationship with. I will recommend this office to everyone.
